Shane and Jami were both born and raised in Charlotte County Florida. They married in 1997 soon after Shane started his construction career framing houses in PGI for Towles Corp. and West Coast Builders. He framed for 15 years. Then went on to work as a supervisor for West Coast Builder. Shane and Jami dreamt of having their own company. In 2019 they realized they had a passion and skills to succeed in the construction field. Shane passed his State Certified exam in 2020 and Cogswell Construction was born.
